SYSTEM WITH AN AUTOMATIC ON/OFF PROCESSOR AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE SYSTEM'S AUTOMATIC ON/OFF PROCESSOR

PURPOSE: A system with an automatic on/off processor and a method for controlling the automatic on/off processor of the system are provided to execute power on or off operations when a set time is reached, thereby enabling a user to automatically power the system on/off without pressing a power on/off key. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(20) is installed in an electronic device. A setup storage device(30) is installed on the substrate and includes a BIOS(Basic Input/Output System). A connection unit(40) is installed on the substrate and is electrically connected to the setup storage device. A peripheral device(50) is electrically connected to the connection unit, changes setup of the BIOS, and executes a method for controlling an automatic on/off processor of a system.
