PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control device capable of establishing a display method for a display lamp to a switch for pattern control to be a display method with no sense of incongruity to a lighting pattern of a lighting device. SOLUTION: The transmission control device 1 controlling transmission and receiving of signals in a remote control monitoring system displays the display lamp corresponding to the operation switch under the display method designated by a display method setter 105 according to lighting-up conditions of respective lighting devices corresponding to the operation switch for pattern control. Here, a signal processing section 102 creates a transmission signal for switching over display of the display lamp by referring to the display method memorized in the display method setter 105, and transmits the signal to a switch terminal device by a transmission driver unit 101.
