An uplink signal processing method, base station and user terminal. In the method, an uplink signal formed according to a Cyclic Prefix (CP) configuration information and sent by a User Equipment (UE) is received, the CP configuration information is used to identify the corresponding relationship between a Time Transmission Interval (TTI) and a CP type adopted by the uplink signal; the CP type corresponding to the TTI receiving the uplink signal is determined according to the CP configuration information, and the uplink signal is processed according to the determined CP type. Since the UE can adopt different CP types in different TTIs, the technical schemes of the embodiments of the present invention provide support for solving the uplink delay problem without increasing much overhead.
