Disclosed is a cushion for eliminating magnetic field distortion, which is capable of being easily applied to a subject without providing a feeling of pressure or uneasiness thereto, and obtaining clear image quality by eliminating the magnetic field distortion. A tool for eliminating the magnetic field distortion used for an MRI device which applies a high-frequency pulse from an RF coil to the subject, and reconfigures collected NMR signals to obtain a magnetic resonance image, wherein the tool for eliminating the magnetic field distortion is a cushion body which incorporates a water-soluble solution in which iron- or a cobalt-based material, or other paramagnetic material is dissolved in the inside of a bag body having gas barrier properties and including air, or a bag body having air permeability and stretching properties, and a foam granular body for uniformly dispersing and distributing the water-soluble solution in the inside of the bag body.
