PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently set the operating mode of a function that accompanies a mobile terminal.

SOLUTION: The mobile terminal includes: a function part having a plurality of operation modes; a storing part for storing a correspondence relation between a list of cell identifiers and the operation modes; a receiving part for receiving a plurality of cell identifiers from a base station; and a control part for selecting an operation mode of the function part, on the basis of a comparison result between the plurality of cell identifiers received by the receiving part and the list of cell identifiers stored in the storing part.
