PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device which brings about a high level of comfortable washing feeling by improving both a feeling of stimulation and voluminousness by low water consumption. SOLUTION: The first control and the second control of a control portion 10 are performed for a washing nozzle 82, and a pressure fluctuation portion 74 which changes the pressure of washing water discharged from a water discharge hole. The discharge of the washing water by the first control and the discharge of the washing water by the second control are performed from the same water discharge hole. In the first control, an initial speed in the discharge of the water is set lower than in the second control in a predetermined position from the water discharge hole so that the amount of overtaking in which the washing water discharged at first is overtaken by the washing water discharged later, can become larger than in the second control. In the second control, the initial speed in the discharge of the water is set higher than that in the first control in the predetermined position from the water discharge hole so that the amount of overtaking in which the washing water discharged in first is overtaken by the washing water discharged later can become smaller than in the first control. Thus, the first control and the second control are alternately performed, and the discharge of the washing water is alternately performed from the same water discharge hole.
