The mobile phone has a housing (4) made of PVC. An on-off switch (3) is provided in the mobile phone. The mobile phone is designed with a laser measurement technique to provide a laser measuring beam for measurement purposes. A built-in special function is provided to a display for cubic measurement. The mobile phone enables determination of square meter, cubic meter and meter. Display indication (5) is adjustable to various geometrical bodies in a desired manner. A keyboard (6) is provided to perform usual functions and a function of the laser measurement technique in the mobile phone.
