The motor has a stator (4), a rotor (6) and an air gap (9), where the air gap is formed between the stator and rotor, and size of the air gap is variable depending on number of revolutions of the motor. The air gap is increased, when the revolutions of the rotor are larger. An axial length of the motor is smaller or equal to half of an outer diameter of the motor. The stator and the rotor are conically formed in an axial direction. The rotor includes permanent magnets (8) supported at spring elements, where radial displacement takes place by centrifugal force acting on the permanent magnets.
