PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a processing operation device dispensing with a processing time for only inspection work for mounted component displacement or a dedicated processing work device for inspection work for the mounted component displacement, having mounted component displacement inspection reduced in the length of a processing work device required for the inspection work; a method of inspecting mounted component displacement; or a line or method for assembling a display board module. SOLUTION: In inspecting displacement of the position of a mounted component stuck to a processing work part on a side of a display board transported by a transport means for transporting the display board by imaging an alignment mark provided to the mounted component, at least the alignment mark is imaged while the display board is transported, and the displacement is inspected.
