PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device of a lifting body of a working lift for simplifying a structure by reducing weight by omitting a lift cylinder. SOLUTION: This working lift constitutes a lift body by erecting a mast 2 on a block 1. The lifting body is provided with a device chamber 13 surrounded by a cover frame 12. A driving block 18 of a chain device 14 is suspended in an upper part of the device chamber 13, and an endless operation chain 19 having an upper part meshing with a driving wheel 17 provided on the driving block 18 is derived to an external part from the device chamber 13. A load sheave 16 rotating by interlocking with the driving wheel 17 is arranged on the driving block 18. A free end on one end side of a load chain 20 of meshing an intermediate part with the load sheave 16, is arranged in a void of the device chamber 13, and is meshed with a guide wheel 21 rotatably stored in the device chamber 13 under the driving block 18, and the other one end side derived above the device chamber 13 is fastened to an upper part of the mast 2.
