<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction gas supply and exhaust unit for a fuel cell capable of promptly melting ice freezed in a dilution part when an operation of the fuel cell is started. <P>SOLUTION: An air supply and exhaust unit 10 is attached to the fuel cell 1 to supply air 18 to the fuel cell 1, to receive and exhaust waste air 50 exhausted from the fuel cell 1 on the other hand. The unit is integrally constituted including a supply flow channel 21 where air 18 supplied to the fuel cell 1 flows, air exhausting channels 30, 33, 40 making waste air 50 exhausted from the fuel cell 1 flow, and a dilution chamber 17 where hydrogen off-gas exhausted from the fuel cell 1 and introduced from the outside of the unit is diluted with a part of the waste air 50 introduced from the air exhausting channel 40, and then made to flow out to the air exhausting channel 40.
