PURPOSE: A seat cover of a portable stool capable of easy carrying is provided, which enable a user to use a seat cover and toilet paper at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A method for folding a seat cover comprises: a first process of arranging emergency tissue having a shape like a through-hole(10) of the body(20) in order; a second process of folding wing parts(30) to be overlapped with each other; a third process of folding the side of the folded body in the direction that the wing part is equipped; a fourth process of folding the external side of the body; and a fifth step of folding the wing part outside. |
