PURPOSE: A public accommodation control method and a control system of the same using the arrangement of a device for receiving a radio frequency are provided to control the public accommodations and facilities of a building using a real time position tracing system. CONSTITUTION: A public accommodation control system comprises a radio frequency recognition part and a wireless frequency recognition part. The radio frequency recognition part stores information for users and vehicles. The radio frequency recognition part transmits the information to a radio frequency receiving device. The radio frequency recognition part comprises an RF transmitting and receiving device(110), a wakeup signal detection part(120), a power supply part(130), a recognition part controller(150), and an encoding part(160). The recognition part controller comprises a microprocessor and a memory.
