<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte gelling agent and a gel electrolyte prepared using the electrolyte gelling agent, and specifically to provide a copolymerized polymer gelling agent added to a liquid electrolytic solvent and a gel electrolyte prepared using the copolymerized polymer gelling agent. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte gelling agent is a copolymer formed of a monomer having a complementarity so as to improve solubility and gelling property in a liquid solvent of a gelling agent as well as conductivity of a gel electrolyte.
