PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a leather-like sheet having excellent softness, solid touch, surface feel, etc., and excellent durability, physical properties, etc. SOLUTION: This leather-like sheet is obtained by providing the inside of a fibrous base made of extra fine fiber with a resin. The leather-like sheet satisfies conditions that (I) the resin is a polymer of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer composed of 70-95 wt.% of an acrylic acid derivative, 5-25 wt.% of methacrylic acid derivative, 0-20 wt.% of a styrene derivative and 0-10 wt.% of another ethylenic unsaturated monomer and (II) the elution ratio of the leather-like sheet in acetone at 25 deg.C is <=5 wt.%. |
