PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a splash prevention device perfectly capable of perfectly preventing encroachment of splash from a wheel house to an engine room and being easy in cleaning. SOLUTION: A drive shaft 27 transmitting driving force of an engine arranged inside an engine room 11 to a wheel W arranged inside an wheel house 12 is made penetrate an opening 16a formed in a splash guard 16 separating the engine room 11 and the wheel house 12, and therefore the wheel W can be driven by the drive shaft 27. Here, because a boot 30 through which the drive shaft 27 rotatably penetrates via a bearing 31 is connected to the splash guard 16 so as to shield the opening 16a, encroachment of the splash from the opening 16a of the splash guard 16 to the engine room 11 can be surely prevented by blocking the splash splashed by the wheel W inside the wheel house 12 by the boot 30, and the splash attached to the boot 30 can be easily removed, therefore causing cleaning to be easy.
