PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a content corresponding to the staying place and action of a user.

SOLUTION: A content distribution system 1 includes: an advertisement database 11 for storing the attribute of a user of a mobile terminal M, advertisement data to be distributed to the mobile terminal M and a distribution area while mutually associating them; a position acquiring section 12 for acquiring position information of the mobile terminal M existing in a femtocell group G constituted of a plurality of femtocells C, and in-range existence time corresponding to the position information; a calculation section 14 for calculating the in-range existence time of the mobile terminal M in the femtocell group G, based on the acquired position information and in-range existence time; a content acquiring section 15 for reading the advertisement data corresponding to the attribute of the user of the mobile terminal M and the position of the mobile terminal M from the advertisement database 11 when the calculated in-range existence time is equal to or more than a prescribed threshold; and a transmitting section 16 for transmitting the read advertisement data to the mobile terminal M.
