PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmospheric pressure measurement instrument for measuring an absolute pressure with a simple structure and canceling noises. SOLUTION: The atmospheric pressure measurement instrument 27 includes a transmitter 56 and a receiver 57. The acoustic wave transmitted from the transmitter 56 is received by the receiver 57. The intensity of the acoustic wave of a specific frequency transmitted from the transmitter 56 is identified. The atmospheric pressure is identified based on the identified intensity of acoustic wave. An atmospheric pressure is measured with a simple structure. The acoustic wave received by the receiver 57 includes surrounding noises. When an acoustic wave is transmitted from the transmitter 56 based on a signal with an antiphase supplied from a signal generator 83, noises are canceled.
