PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film which concurrently has heat resistance, moldability and mold-releasability. SOLUTION: The mold release film has a mold-releasing layer which contains a component having anti-static property and a component having a mold-releasing property as constitutional components, on at least one side surface of a base film having a melting point of 210°C to 245°C and an orientation coefficient of 0.10 to 0.16. Further, in the mold release film, the component having the mold-releasability is a copolymer obtained by performing long-chain alkylation of polyvinyl alcohol or polyethylene imine with chlorinated alkyloyl or alkyl isocyanate and the component having the anti-static property is a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic compound.
