<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel power-supply-noise superimposed on a signal component without performing addition averaging processing of the signal component. <P>SOLUTION: A reference voltage generation circuit 24 generates a reference voltage, outputs it to an amplifier reference voltage line NBIAS, a power-supply-noise addition circuit 23 adds the power-supply-noise superimposed on a power-supply to the reference voltage generated by the reference voltage generation circuit 24, and a differential amplifier AMP1 amplifies the difference between voltage of a vertical signal line NSIG and the voltage of the amplifier reference voltage line NBIAS, and outputs it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
