PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a substrate from being deformed when rigidity of the heated blade substrate deteriorates at the time of cutting, in a cutting method which uses a concrete cutter having a blade with edges attached to the circumference of a disk-like substrate and having a cover for covering the blade, which cuts a target material while blowing off air to a cutting section or sucking the air from the cutting section, and which performs air-cooling of the edges and discharging of the dust from the cutting section. SOLUTION: Cooling water of minute amount of grade so as not to wet cutting edge section is supplied to blade surface from center of blade 9, thereby cooling the blade substrate.
