PURPOSE: A wire control device for manipulating a robot is provided to ensure free movement of the robot through a rail, a rotating unit, and a flexible cable and thereby extend the range of motion of the robot. CONSTITUTION: A wire control device for manipulating a robot(100) comprises a rail(1), a moving bracket(10), a rotating unit(20), and a flexible cable(30). The rail is installed in the upper side of a moving area of a robot. The moving bracket moves along the rail. The rotating unit comprises an upper unit which is connected to a circuit board(2) in order to transmit power or control signals to the robot, and a lower unit which is connected to the underside of the upper unit to rotate with respect to the upper unit, receives power or control signals from the upper unit, and has a terminal connection part. The flexible cable interlinks the robot and the rotating unit.
