PURPOSE: A heating wire for an electric appliance is provided to prevent a fire due to a current leakage by forming a PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) layer on the outer surface of a copper clad wire. CONSTITUTION: Power is applied to a copper core(50). A nylon layer(52) is formed on the outer surface of the copper core. A copper clad wire(54) is wound around the outer surface of the nylon layer to shield a magnetic field generated in the copper core. A plurality of polyester yarns(56) are arranged on the copper clad wire to prevent the pitch deformation of the copper clad wire. A PVC layer(58) is formed on the outer surface of the polyester yarn and the copper clad wire to prevent a current leakage. |
