The invention provides a cutting tool assembly for machining a pulley which comprises a cutter tool and a cutter chuck. The cutting tool assembly is charactered in that: at least two opposite side faces in four side faces of the cutting tool intersect with an even face for forming a cutting blade, a plurality of serrations form on two opposite side faces, the shape of at least two opposite side faces is in a relationship of rotational symmetry relative to a centre shaft; the cutter chuck comprises a cutter chuck main-body and a filling piece, the cutter chuck main-body comprises a head part having an installing slot and a handle, the installing slot comprises a front fixing seat and a back fixing seat, the filling piece comprises a front part and a back part, a plurality of concave parts form on the front part, the concave parts are formed by a method of combining with a prominence on a side face of the cutter tool, the filling piece is fixed on the back fixing seat of the installing slot througyh bolts, accordingly, the filling piece is supported by an inner wall of the installing slot, the cutter tool is fixed on the front fixing seat of the installing slot through bolts, front end faces of two opposite side faces of the cutter tool are protruded frontwards, back end faces combine with front faces of the front part of the filling piece. |
