PURPOSE: A dielectric body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to disperse a ceramic filler inside a polymer substrate with the high dispersibility, and to effectively manufacture the dielectric body. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a dielectric body comprises the following steps: forming a polymer solution by mixing a first solvent capable of dissolving a polymer substrate, and the polymer substrate; forming a ceramic filler sol by mixing the first solvent, a dispersing agent, and a ceramic filler; forming a dispersant solution by mixing the polymer solution and the ceramic filler sol; separating the polymer substrate dispersed with the ceramic filler by dropping the dispersant solution in a droplet form; and evaporating the solvent by drying the polymer substrate.
