PURPOSE: An insulation heating jacket and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and time. CONSTITUTION: An insulating sheet(20) surrounds a gas exhaust pipe. A heating wire(30) is arranged on the outer surface of the insulation sheet. An insulating material(40) is combined with the outer surface of the insulating sheet with the fixed heating wire. A protection layer(50) is coated on the outer surface of the insulating member. An insulation tube is interposed between the insulation sheet and the insulating material.
