The orthosis (22) has successive rows of mesh threads with inclusion of an elastic weft thread. A reinforced elastic part (24) presents a non-uniform elasticity and permits to exert a non-uniform contention pressure on posterior side of a calf. The elastic part has a locally reduced deformability zone in a region of an antero-external shell, where the zone is inextensible.
