PURPOSE: An I-beam-shaped spring link for lightening a vehicle is provided to improve torsional and tensile rigidity compared with an existing steel spring link and to improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An I-beam-shaped spring link(100) for lightening a vehicle comprises a front frame(110), a rear frame(120), and a spring mounting frame(130). A connection groove(111) or a connection hole(112) is formed in the front frame. The rear frame is separated from the rear of the front frame and is vertically positioned. The front end of the spring mounting frame is convexly bent toward the front of the front frame, and the rear end is convexly bent toward the rear of the rear frame.
