PURPOSE: A method for dividing a beacon area, a state shifting method of a beacon transmission node, a method for functioning as a beacon transmission node, and a recording medium thereof are provided to efficiently supply beacon scheduling through location information of a node, thereby reducing possibility of beacon collision. CONSTITUTION: A beacon area division apparatus sets the maximum transmission distance(210). The beacon area division apparatus uses the maximum transmission distance as a diagonal line. The beacon area division apparatus calculates the length of one side of a square(220). The beacon area division apparatus performs grid division for a minimum square including a circle whose radius is 3 times longer than the maximum transmission distance. The beacon area division apparatus sets an index in a divided area(240).
