PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air suspension device for a vehicle seat which is superior in convenient and attains a driver's convenience in riding on or off the vehicle. SOLUTION: The air suspension device 11 for a vehicle seat comprises a set reference position keeping mechanism for varying a pressure within an air tank 18 and returning an upper frame 13 to its reference height and a reference height changing mechanism having a new predetermined position as a reference height through changing of pressure at the air tank 18. The air suspension device further comprises a lock bracket 67 pivotally arranged at one link member 20a and a pivoting device for pivoting it. The pivoting device can shift over a first angular position where a lock pin having the lock bracket 67 arranged therein is fitted to and engaged with a concave groove formed at a gear member 45, a second angular position where the other end is abutted against an arm member 41 to cause an exhaust control cam 28 to be turned so as to open a first exhaust valve and a third angular position where it may not act against any of the gear member 45 and the arm member 41, respectively.
