<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion trajectory display method and display device for a workpiece, which reduces the time required for search even if the workpiece is missing in a job shop type production site. <P>SOLUTION: The motion trajectory display device includes: a database 2; IC tags 3 attached to a plurality of workpieces W; work report PCs 4 installed for each of work areas A1-A6 to transmit information such as work end time or the name of a received workpiece W with a unique ID, to the database 2; IC tag readers 5 each disposed in a proper part of three carrying paths R1-R3, to transmit information in the IC tag 3 attached to the workpiece W when the workpiece passes by, with its own ID and passing time information; and a display part 9 displaying a motion trajectory of the workpiece W on a layout drawing for the work areas A1-A6, based on each information from the IC tag reader 5 and the work report PC 4 registered in the database 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
