<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of reducing the amount of information to be received for the base station device to acquire communication state distribution information. <P>SOLUTION: The base station device 100 is connected communicably to a plurality of mobile station devices by radio. The base station device 100 includes a positional information acquiring part 101, a mobile station device selecting part 102, a communication state information receiving part 103 and a communication state distribution information outputting part 104. The positional information acquiring part acquires positional information indicating the position of a mobile station device. The mobile station device selecting part selects a portion of mobile station devices from among the plurality of mobile station devices on the basis of the acquired positional information. The communication state information receiving part receives, from the selected mobile station devices, communication state information, indicating communication states between the mobile station devices and the base station device.
