<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an edge of an optical fiber from being cracked. <P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber 11 is held at a position of a predetermined length from the end of the optical fiber 11 so that the other parts between the end part and the held position are not restrained in an axis perpendicular direction.
