PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand device for plug replacement, capable of performing efficient replacement of plugs for longitudinally and densely arranging plugs by plug size on a pallet. SOLUTION: The hand device for plug replacement includes: a plurality of vertically elongate clamps (2) having a clamping claw on one side; a turning disk (3) with which the other side of each clamp (2) is coupled and which is supported to be turnable around a shaft (5); a turning driving means (4) for turning the turning disk (3) around the shaft (5); and a casing (10) to which the shaft (5) is fixed. The plurality of clamps (2) are structured to open/close through a linear motion mechanism which horizontally moves by the same movement amount with respect to the center of the shaft (5) of the turning disk (3).
