PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety holder having a holding force for surely holding a thin footstuff such as a cucumber or a footstuff such as a Welsh onion on which no holding force is produced even if sticking a sticking projection, capable of holding the footstuff from a long state and exhibiting a powerful holding force with multiple point support of three or more points without the looseness of a holding mechanism. SOLUTION: The safety holder is structured to include a quadric rotating linkage having four holding members 1, 2, 3, 4 for holding the footstuff between them, and connecting the holding members 1, 2, 3, 4 to one another by four turning axes 6, 7, 8, 9.
