<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a positive electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery suppressing decrease in lithium in a positive electrode active material of the lithium ion secondary battery and favorably removing impurities contained in the positive electrode active material. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing process S10 manufacturing a positive electrode 1 of the lithium ion secondary battery containing an active material 4 includes a cleaning process S1 cleaning the active material 4 with a cleaning fluid 5, and the cleaning fluid 5 is composed of: an electrolyte of the lithium ion secondary battery using a fluorine-containing lithium salt as a supporting electrolyte; and 300-10,000 ppm water at weight ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
