<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device in which increase in weight of the device as a whole is suppressed and which does not excessively heat edge portions of a heating object. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating device induction heats a heating object by supplying high frequency current to a heating coil, and has a first heating coil 18 supplied with high frequency current and a second heating coil 20 supplied with high frequency current. The first heating coil 18 has a nearly V-shape portion and the second heating coil 20 has a nearly M-shape portion, and the first heating coil 18 and the second heating coil 20 are arranged nearly parallel so that the nearly V-shape portion of the first coil 18 and the nearly M-shape portion of the second coil 20 may cross each other so as not to electrically contact and form a nearly square space.
