PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein compatibility between proper removal of an influence of noise and shortening of a voltage detection time is difficult, when detecting each voltage of blocks B0-B6 that includes a plurality of battery cells 12. SOLUTION: High-voltage side switching elements Si, S(i+1) are switched on which should selectively connect one of the blocks B0-B6, constituting a battery pack 10, to a flying capacitor 16. After charging the flying capacitor 16, low-voltage side switching elements Sa, Sb are switched on, and thereby an analog signal corresponding to a voltage of the flying capacitor 16 is outputted to a plurality of filters 30a, 30b, 30c, each having mutually a different cut-off frequency via a differential amplifying circuit 20. A microcomputer 40 selects one from among the output voltages of the filters 30a, 30b, 30c and converts it into digital data. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
