DEVELOPER LAYER-THICKNESS REGULATOR

A developer layer-thickness regulator assembled in a laser printer cartridge comprises a blade(2, 3, 4, 5). The blade(2, 3, 4, 5)comprises a fixing part(21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71)for fixing the blade and a cantilever part(22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72)stretched out from the fixing part(21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71). An external end of the cantilever part(22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72)is provided with a contact part(23, 33, 43, 53)contacted with a developing roller (8). The cantilever part(22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72)bents towards or deviates the direction of a developing roller (8), and thus the cantilever part(22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72)has an arched cambered surface. The developer layer-thickness regulator contacts with the developing roller (8) while assembling, elastic deformation is formed by pressing the cantilever part(22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72), and the arched cambered surface of the cantilever part(22, 32, 42, 52, 62, 72)is in favor of transforming the elastic deformation into the potential energy so as to make the layer-thickness regulator to output constant pressure, thus ensuring uniformity of the developer layer-thickness and the printing quality.
