PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device of an exhaust pipe capable of regulating the movement in there directions of the exhaust pipe by one elastic member, simplifying a structure without increasing a number of parts and weight, and being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In the supporting device of the exhaust pipe, a holding member equipped with an engaging portion horizontally extending in a vehicle front direction or a rear direction on one end side of the supporting member fixed to the exhaust pipe on the other end side, and mounted on a lower portion of a vehicle body, is formed in a U-shape by a bottom portion and right/left side portions, and mounted on the lower portion of the vehicle body so as to position the right/left side portions in a vehicle lateral direction. An elastic member held on an inner surface of the bottom portion and the right/left side portions of the holding member elastically supports an engaging portion of a supporting member in a vehicle vertical direction and the lateral direction. On the right/left side portions of the holding member, a stopper of a band-shaped member for preventing the elastic member from moving in the vehicle front direction is laid over at least on a front side in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction.
