PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a dummy product which is close to an actual product and exhibits not only a luster and texture but also rich stereoscopic effect. SOLUTION: On a synthetic resin sheet 20, print layers 30 including pattern print layers 31 matching respective patterns 40 of a plurality of actual products 11a-14a different in design are printed individually by a method of offset printing, silk-screen printing, ink-jet printing, or a combination of these printing methods. A synthetic resin sheet 70 on which these print layers 30 are printed is attached to a vacuum forming machine 60, and uneven parts 51 and 52 matching the respective patterns 40 are formed in respective print layers 11c-14c by vacuum forming. Then, the respective print layers 11c-14c with the uneven parts 51 and 52 are punched into predetermined shapes by a pressing machine, and a plurality of dummy products 11-14 with different design are manufactured.
