<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly bend a harness exterior member in a thickness direction, to easily assemble a flat harness of a plurality of layers, and to flexibly bend it to a direction except for the thickness direction. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of slits 4 and 26 in a plate width direction are arranged in a plate part longitudinal direction of flexible and rectangular plate parts 2 and 22 in parallel. Flexible parts 3, 23 and 25 holding the wire harnesses 11 and 35 are integrally formed on both sides in the plate width direction of the plate parts. The wire harness can be assembled in the plate part thickness direction in a state where at least one flexible part 3 or 25 is opened in the harness exterior members 1 and 21. The flexible part is the guide part 3 formed of a support plate 7 crossing the plate part 2 and of a brim plate 8 crossing the support plate. A plurality of second slits 6 are formed at an end of the brim plate from the support plate. The two plate parts 22 are arranged in parallel.
