PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing metallic powder by a liquid phase reduction process, which is improved so that particle aggregate is hardly produced. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the metallic powder includes: a first process of producing aqueous solution containing metallic ion derived from metallic compound by melting metallic compound, a reducing agent, a complexing agent, and a dispersant; and a second process of reducing the metallic ion by the reducing agent by adjusting ph of the aqueous solution to deposit the metallic powder.
