<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid infusion device that is inconspicuous, and easy for a user to use. <P>SOLUTION: This drive system employs a flexible driving tape 120 with a plurality of recesses or holes 121 that are essentially arranged in a straight line along the longitudinal direction of the driving tape 120, and in which the plurality of recesses or holes 121 are arranged at fixed intervals, a drive shaft that includes: at least one gear 119 that includes a plurality of teeth which are aligned and engaged into the recesses or holes 121 of the flexible drive tape 120; a piezoelectric motor 116 that advances the flexible drive tape 120; a plunger 128 that is attached or connected to at least one end of the flexible drive tape 120; and a cartridge 108 for storing medicinal liquid, and that receives the plunger 128 and discharges the medicinal liquid according to the movement of the plunger 128 in the cartridge 108. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
