PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a surface with the controllable wettability, using an electrolytic polymer with an ammonium group is provided to control the wettability of the surface from superhydrophobic to superhydrophilic. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a surface with the controllable wettability comprises a step of graft polymerizing an electrolytic polymer capable of ion exchanging, to the surface of a substrate with the micro or nanoscale surface roughness. The electrolytic polymer includes an ammonium group. |
