PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a recycled fuel is provided to remove metallic foreign materials using an electromagnet filter, thereby realizing mass production of a recycled fuel which keeps being mixed even after hours. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a recycled fuel includes a tank(10), the first and second magnets(20,30), a stirring unit(40), the first and second filters(60,80), the first and second microwave irradiation units(70,75), and an electromagnet filter(90). The tank comprises the first, second, and third partition units(11,12,13). The first inlet pipe(P1) is symmetrically connected to the second inlet pipe(P2). Refined oil is inputted into the first inlet pipe. Added oil is inputted into the second inlet pipe. The second partition unit is integrated with the top of the first partition unit. The third partition unit is integrated with the top of the second partition unit and is connected to a discharge pipe(P3). The first and second magnets surround the first and second inlet pipes.
