摘要

A method for prevention of hepatotoxic action of Paracetamol comprises the use of sulphur-containing preparations of antioxidant action. Tiatroazoline is prescribed intramuscularly calcuted for 100 mg/kg one time per day during 2 days to laboratory animals with experimental toxical liver damage. The level of method effeciency is determined by activity parameters of antioxidant system.
