PURPOSE: A method for transceiving a broadcasting signal and a device thereof are provided to maintain randomness algorithm of related standard, thereby improving the randomness of a transmitting signal. CONSTITUTION: A randomization unit(110) comprises a header area which distinguishes a second data type and a data area included to other data per every second data. A channel coding unit generates a data block by channel-coding the randomized source stream. A frame generation unit generates a signal frame from the generated data block. The transmit unit transmits the generated signal frame.
