A device for tracking heat-emitting target comprises placed in sequence on one optical axis an infrared meniscus lens, a body with main mirror installed to bearing of cardan section, a secondary mirror behind which a focusing system is installed with possibility of rotation of those in bearing with respect to the optical axis and a photo-receiver with micro-cooler. The focusing system additionally includes a thermo-compensator ring installed behind the optical system counter-ring.
