PURPOSE: A structure for ceiling coupling of a prefabricated water tank is provided to enhance the assembly processing efficiency by reducing the number of assembly processes through the application of a plastic panel to a ceiling of the tank. CONSTITUTION: A structure for ceiling coupling of a prefabricated water tank comprises: a support pad(112) which is a concrete structure; a supporting reinforcing unit(114) which supports the load of the tank; a bottom unit(110) which includes plural lower panels(116); a sidewall unit(120) which has plural side unit panels(122); an end portion of an integrated plastic material panel(200); a ceiling unit(130) at which a coupling member is installed by penetrating the plastic panel.
